We are looking for your own life and living (ELW) of the state capital Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied at 01.12.2025 and indefinitely.

The ELW of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart supervises and maintains more than 1,500 people in Stuttgart – in eight facilities of long-term stationary care, an outpatient service at several locations, various facilities for catering, several day care, an encounter and in two facilities of the housing emergency aid. The site is assigned to the Hans-Rehn-Stift, a fully-stationary care facility of the ELW. Further information at www.leben-und-wohnen.de.

A job that enthuses you

• Your tasks include monitoring and control of technical installations
• Thanks to you, repair and repair work is ensured
• They provide assistance and coordination of craftsmen and foreign companies
• Your tasks include transportation and supply services in the facility and acceptance of deliveries
• You are responsible for waste disposal according to environmental regulations
• They ensure the maintenance of roads and outdoor facilities as well as the winter service
• You accept the willingness to call during the 14-day change at weekends (between 8:00 and 4:00 pm)
• You are a contact person for technical matters for residents, relatives, service managers and employees with advice and action
