You can look forward to this:

• As a team manager (m/w/d) you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the executives as well as an assembly team and report directly to the department manager
• Controlling and operational planning are also part of your task
• You are contact persons for general and technical questions
• You are responsible for the high quality, correct delivery dates and operational organization incl. Advertising management and shopfloor management in assembly
• They ensure that the laws, standards and regulations are complied with in assembly

Take this with you:

• A completed training in the field of mechatronics / mechanics or similar qualifications. A training for the master / technician is desired
• Multiannual professional experience and leadership experience in a mechanical engineering company
• Secure handling of MS Office programs as well as ERP systems. Experience with Infor is beneficial
• Very good German and good English skills
• Last but not least: They bring a high degree of leadership. Very good team and communication skills, structured and solution-oriented thinking complete your profile.
