This is what we expect as an intern in Human Resources (m/w/d)

Health Management: Planning and organisation of offers related to occupational health management (BGM), as well as the introduction of own ideas, creative work and presentation of offers before the Works Council. Diversity: Right hand of personnel management and cooperation with HR-Business Partners as a cross-departmental interface in organizational and administrative activities. Recruiting: Responsible for the entire application process of all future trainees of the HR department, from job registration to onboarding and offboarding. Communication: creation of company-internal articles, posters and presentations. Contact person: Contact person for our employees about personnel topics at the site. Search: Development of solutions for specific employees in order to provide effective support for the HR team. Support in the organisation and implementation of internal and external events

You are studying BWL, (economic)psychology, pedagogy, social, communication or economics (in basic or main studies) and optimally brings first practical experiences. You want to make a Gap-Year or want to gain practical experience after your successfully completed study. Your strong thinking ability allows you to quickly capture new facts and find and implement solutions for challenges. High demands or self-responsible work do not feel as a burden, but as a challenge. Dealing with MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, will not cause you any problems. Negotiating German knowledge on C2 level is required. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
