The Kinderheimat Reinhardshof is looking for a/a Social education:in, Social worker:in (m/w/d) as group manager:in – Full time 39 hours, unlimited – for our day equipment according to § 35a SGB VIII in Frankfurt. The Kinderheimat Reinhardshof is a youth support facility with 3 fully-stationary and 2 substationary groups as well as a support school for emotional and social development with three classes. She supervises and teaches up to 50 children and young people.

Organisational management of a day facility group Designing a stable, structured and value-adding group everyday Control and further development of pedagogical work in the team Individual care and support of children/young people Promoting social, emotional and cognitive development Crisis intervention and protection of children Intensive parental work Close cooperation with the school at the Reinhardshof Participation in the further development of pedagogical concepts

Complete vocational training as a social pedagogue or Social pedagogue or social worker Social workers (or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in youth assistance, ideally in the field of § 35a or § 32 SGB VIII Experience in leading or coordinating function desirable Knowledge of assistance planning, diagnostics and discussion High reflectivity, clear attitude and safe occurrence Representative communication competence Structured operation and organisational strength Driving licence class B and PC licenses are expected
