Your job:

• With a lot of empathy you accompany young people aged 16 to 24 who live with chronic illnesses or physical impairments as part of your training.
• They promote life-structural skills and provide social skills in order to prepare participants as best as possible for an independent life.
• Their work includes individual and group work, in particular as part of social training.
• They moderate group processes, support crisis situations and provide reflection and orientation.
• In addition, you design individual support plans for the participants and implement them together.

Your profile:

• They have a successfully completed social education, for example as educators, medical teachers, nurses, or a completed study of social education.
• They bring well-founded knowledge of professional rehabilitation.
• The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you.
• Flexibility and readiness for shift services complete your profile.
