As part of our teams of the turnaround & restructuring strategy, we develop strategies to achieve, maintain or regain values for our client. Whether a company is in a transformation, restructuring or crisis situation - in challenging and complex situations, we support finding solutions and taking quick and sovereign measures. You can do a variety of tasks: Support for international transformation/restructure projects and performance support projects Solution of complex business problems together with our experienced project teams Dealing with specific work packages, such as working on financial analyses, action tracking and implementation of structural and qualitative problem analyses Active participation in internal meetings and inquiries of the positions of your colleagues Preparation of meetings with clients: inside, workshops and presentations as well as support for internal activities, such as pitch presentations or other initiatives

This position shall be taken from January 2026.

Current bachelor's degree (preferably in the third year) or master's degree at a leading university (focus/specialisation in the field of restructuring and/or strategy and transaction consulting preferred, but not mandatory prerequisite) Excellent business sense and high professional competence Excellent academic achievements and experience through previous internships Excellent analytical skills Very good MS Office knowledge and excellent communication skills in German and English
