• You are responsible for reference care for a fixed circle of residents: in the middle, you know their biography, resources and needs and accompany them reliably in everyday life. • By consistently implementing prophylaxis, you actively contribute to the avoidance of complications and ensure a safe, risk-minimised supply of the inhabitants: inside. • In your application, you will be involved in the care planning and make sure that measures are implemented to suit the current situation. • You shape handovers in a structured and complete manner and give relevant care and progress information in a comprehensible manner.
