Organisation of a smooth operation of the practice regarding termination and care of patients Patient intake incl. preparation of files Assistance in treatments Telephone appointment for the outpatient office hours X-ray examinations Takeover of administrative activities (e.g. QM, occupational safety, hygiene, billing)
