Electronics technician for soldering work in a 1-shift system (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin-Bezirk Steglitz-Zehlendorf | Full time | Unlimited For our clients, an internationally leading family-run company in the field of electronic measurement and control technology for more than 80 years – with a clear focus on innovation, precision and quality – we are looking for an electronics company / specialist in electronics manufacturing (m/w/d) with a focus on SMD soldering and PCB fitting. The company stands for technical excellence at the highest level and offers you a demanding, precise position in regulated 1-shift operation – without shift or weekend work.

SMD & THT soldering: IPC-compliant hand soldering from SMD and THT components to size 0201 – partly under the microscope – with the highest precision requirement PCB equipping & repair: performance of repairs as well as new and refitting of PCBs according to the list of pieces and work instructions ERP-based production: independent processing of manufacturing orders via the ERP system including feedback of operations and booking of consumables Warehouse management: Own-sponsored organisation and management of a passed storage area for electronic components Quality documentation: Complete documentation of work results within the framework of quality assurance Functional & HV tests: Occasional support in automated function and high voltage tests Configuration of assemblies: Occupational cooperation during the balancing of assemblies – e.g. setting of setpoint values and performing electrical measurements

Qualification: Complete training in the field of electronics – e.g. as an electronics technician for devices and systems or a comparable qualification – alternatively detectable practical experience in electronics production Soldering competence: Secure and efficient hand soldering under the microscope – even the smallest SMD components ESD & ERP: Basic knowledge of ESD-friendly work and the handling of ERP systems – or the clear willingness to acquire them Operation: Precise, quiet and with high concentration – even in demanding, small-part tasks Personality: Reliable, structured and team-oriented – with a high level of quality to your own work Language competency: Good German knowledge in word and writing – C1 level desirable

Regulated working hours: 1-shift operation with flexible time-sharing Monday to Friday between 6 am and 7 pm – for a real reconciliation of work and private life
