Location: Great Trier / Region Mosel

Care and advice of employees and executives in all personal questions along the entire employee lifecycle (from attitude to exit) Recruiting and applicant management: creation of job advertisements, leadership of job interviews and candidate selection Personnel administration: maintenance of personal files, creation of employment contracts, certificates and certificates Development and implementation of HR projects to optimize personnel processes Support in personnel planning and implementation of personnel development measures Cooperation with the Works Council and ensuring compliance with labour law requirements Participation in the preparation of salary bills and close cooperation with the financial department

Complete studies in the field of business management, human resources management or commercial training with corresponding additional qualification in personnel Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in a medium-sized, producing company Knowledge of working law and safe handling of personal questions Recruiting experience and staff administration High social competence, communication strength and a solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR systems Organisational skills, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
