You take over the project management in the field of security technology and control challenging projects around modern security solutions, security systems and electrotechnical systems. You guide your project team professionally and disciplinefully and coordinate the successful implementation of your projects from planning to commissioning. You are responsible for the technical, economic and organizational project execution including scheduling, quality management and personnel and budget management. You ensure compliance with technical standards, processes and specifications in the field of electrical and safety technology. As a central contact person, you will address our customers, coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners and develop sustainable customer relationships. You recognize potentials for additional orders and supplementary services and actively support the expansion of our customer projects. You monitor the project goals, say for a successful outcome control and participate in the calculation and creation of offers in the field of security technology.

You have a successfully completed training as a technician or master (e.g. electrical engineering, communication technology, data technology, network technology or media technology) or a comparable qualification, e.g. a study in the technical field. You bring professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of security technology, electrical engineering or technical building equipment, or in a comparable position. You have already gained first experience in the professional leadership of employees and know how to motivate and successfully tax your team. You work in a solution-oriented, structured and self-responsive manner and convince by your pronounced communication and negotiation strength in dealing with customers, partners and teams. You are characterized by a pronounced cost awareness, analytical thinking and an economic approach to implementing technical projects
