KI-Spezialist Microsoft (m/f/d)

You drive the group-wide introduction and use of Microsoft Copilot and develop convincing use cases and best practices You analyse specific activities and processes to identify efficiency and quality improvements through copilot and other Microsoft-based AI tools and derive practical applications from them. You translate the needs of the specialist areas into AI-based solutions You enable specialist areas in the efficient use of AI (e.g. through workshops, guidelines, training and inspiration sessions) You will continue to design the Microsoft-KI-plate form by combining, practising and jointly transferring IT requirements into scalable plating functions. You contribute to governance, security and compliance standards and establish a monitoring of usage, benefits and risks You establish a strong network of multipliers, promote competencies in the enterprise, and e.g. work shops, training and live demos for a sustainable AI capability

Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology, infor­mation or comparable quality Multiannual professional experience in roles such as IT business analyst and partners / System architect / M365 consultant / admi­nistrator (m/w/d) Very good characteristics of Microsoft 365 and Copilot, in particular the possibilities of use and basic technological situations, and typical companies-use-case Good knowledge of Microsoft AI landscape, such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform Knowledge of process analysis and change management Strong will and pleasure to build new technological standards Structured and methodic working methods and high quality awareness Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
