Industrial Clerk Purchasing & Logistics - Parental Leave Cover (m/f/d)

Do you bring experience in purchasing and work structured, reliable and with a view to the whole? Then we look forward to your support in our 13-member team – with a task that combines responsibility and design space: You ensure that packaging materials for our cosmetics and pharmaceutical products are purchased according to requirements and economically – with a view to quality, dates and quantities. On the basis of the demand planning and internal specifications, you determine order and retrieval quantities and take into account storage capacities, delivery times and costs. You accompany the entire procurement process – from order to quantity contracts to audit. Delivery dates coordinate reliably and ensure a transparent flow of information between the participating departments. With your understanding of processes and relationships, you contribute to the continuous improvement of throughput times, stocks and material availability. The maintenance and updating of master data in the SAP ERP module MM is also part of your responsibility. The body is terminated as part of a parental leave office.
