Technical Product Manager TWS (m/f/d)

Care and care of warning systems within the Track Warning System (TWS) product line Approval of existing products and new developments abroad Examination of specifications and preparation of internal specifications Communication with authorities and inspection bodies responsible for market authorisations in the railway sector Market analysis and collection of new product ideas in coordination with sales Assessment of new product ideas, creation of a product and market strategy and comparison with the product portfolio Further development of the current product portfolio Creation and maintenance of a product roadmap Monitoring of sales, sales, contribution and profitability of individual products and portfolios. Balance between IST and SOLL numbers. Implementation of tests Advice and support for international sales Coordination of product care activities, processing of customer deviations, complaints and change requests

Successfully completed university studies (e.g. economic engineer, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or comparable studies, technical affinity) Multiannual professional experience in technical product management or system engineering of products in need of declaration of safety technology, ideally in the rail-close environment Good understanding of the interaction of hardware and software, system architectures, interfaces and the life cycle of technical products Experience in the approval of technical systems and in the implementation of assessment processes Ability to conduct structured market and competition analyses and develop product strategies Experience in the role as a product owner or interface to the development and handling of platform strategies Ability to Structured Cooperation with Customer Support and Quality Management Flexibility and readiness to travel High self-responsibility and decision-making Enforceability at the same time cooperative Strong structuring and analysis capability Persuasive and communication skills (intellectual knowledge is assumed, ideally knowledge of another foreign language)
