The Land NRW and the national associations of nursing associations promote self-help in order to strengthen self-help, in particular for nursing families, first of all indefinitely contact offices of care self-help (KoPS). These inform interested persons about existing self-help groups for nursing families, accompany them in their work and support the establishment and establishment of new self-help groups.

You have completed studies in the field of adult education, (social) pedagogy, social sciences, social work or comparable qualification Experience in counselling and cooperation with volunteers and volunteers is desirable You are interested in health and social issues as well as in the further development and design of self-help topics You are an open-minded and empathic person with a pronounced communication and team capability You have diversity competence and intercultural sensitivity You have a good organizational capacity as well as an independent way of working and are safe to use digital/social media You are flexible and willing to support in the afternoon, evening and weekend events if needed The use of office programs and Internet technology is obvious to you Experiences in handling database applications are advantageous Class B licence is required
