Head of Product Line Components (m/f/d)

Ensure that all components are installed according to design and technology specifications in time. Strategic disposition of material, components, manufacturing and personnel capacities as well as material resources to meet deadline and budget requirements. Enforce all occupational health rules, quality standards and internal corporate policies. Continuous increase in productivity, efficiency and reliability using Lean methods, data-based analysis and best practice approaches. Qualification and motivation of the team through targeted training, coaching and promotion of a performance-oriented culture. Planning, application and coordination of maintenance and repair measures as well as control of investment projects in the specified budget framework. Management of the shop-floor operation, implementation and monitoring of KPIs, daily production control and ensuring a smooth flow of information between production, planning and quality assurance.

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience with proven responsibility for teams, preferably in a leading position within an industrial production environment. Practical application of Lean methods and detectable successes in process and improvement management. Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, strong leadership and ability to motivate, develop and lead teams to excellence. Very good oral and written knowledge of German and English, high communication skills, team skills and own initiative. Strong organizational skills, such as prioritization, resource planning and scheduling, and enforcement capability in implementing decisions and targets. High stress resistance, pronounced empathy, conflict management capability and readiness to initiate proactive change processes and create a trusting working environment.
