Senior Technical Controller (m/f/d)

In naval shipbuilding, You ensure the documentation and distribution of project-relevant information for engineering supplies within the project and the line. You are responsible for the preparation, preparation and management of regular project-related expertise and coordination rounds in engineering. You are responsible for the project reporting of all engineering work packages and present the status of project and line. You develop the necessary KPIs, evaluations and cockpits and agree with the stakeholders along the EPC chain You support the interface partners of the engineering along the EPC chain by working on cross-functional working groups and derivation as well as tracking measures. You support the internal and external appointment of engineering supplies. You coordinate the deviations in the engineering, prioritise and analyze in the event of conflicts of appointment and derive corrective measures. You plausitise the contents and cost calculations of the engineering work packages, develop a comprehensible quantity skeleton presentation including creation and coordination of the costing edge conditions with the interface partners. You lead the development and implementation of concepts and the further development of the key figures for evaluating the engineering processes for an effective and efficient technical controlling (quality, cost, time). You identify potential for improvement in internal and external workflows, develop solutions and drive their implementation. You act as a Lean multiplier, optimize internal processes and coordination with engineering departments. You support the risk process in engineering by identifying, plausibility and controlling the risks and mitigation measures.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification. You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience; ideal in shipbuilding You have deeper knowledge of the process of construction and manufacturing, technical and operational interface knowledge and process knowledge. Project management knowledge (e.g. IPMA) and project management experience is assumed for this location In addition, you have very good experience in dealing with the MS Office package and with databases. You are characterized by communication strength, binding and sovereign occurrence, enforcement and negotiation skills. You're enjoying work in the team.
