Continuous visibility, purification & clarification of debitor accounts incl. execution of dunning Risk assessment in the dunning sector and timely introduction of measures to reduce default Introduction, monitoring and conclusion of recovery measures Detection of weak customers and introduction of measures Insolvency processing and appointment monitoring Telephone & written communication with internal contact persons, debitors, customers, lawyers, insolvency administrators etc. Participation in projects & process improvements Professional mentoring of colleagues on issues of recovery & insolvency

Completed training/study as a tax specialist or completed commercial training or comparable training Job experience in Mahnwesen/Inkasso environment desired Individually responsible, structured & solution-oriented mode of operation combined with a pronounced team-oriented action Good communication capability combined with a secure and convincing appearance and good customer and service orientation mastery of relevant IT systems, in particular MS Office package Good knowledge of English
