The Studienkreis GmbH is looking for you as a full-time at the Bochum site at the earliest possible time Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Participation and optimisation: You are responsible for carrying out the monthly billing and ensure a smooth monthly closing. Expert for questions: As a contact person, you are on the side of our employees as well as social security providers and authorities in pay tax and social insurance issues. Contract management: You accompany the processing of contracts and are responsible for reporting and certification. Project work: You take independent exciting special tasks (depending on your interests & competencies) Maintain the interface: You are the connection between pay billing and financial accounting and ensure a smooth exchange.

Expertise: Insufficient professional experience in German payroll accounting, ideally with the PAISY billing software. Analytical competencies: ability to understand, optimize and implement complex accounting processes. Communication capability: Impressed service orientation and communication strength in handling customers and authorities. Detail orientation: precision and care in data processing and care. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German language (min. C1 level) in word and writing.
