As a project assistant in the field of foundation Freileitung (m/w/d), you support the project management in the successful planning, organisation and implementation of demanding projects in the field of foundation Freileitung. You provide order, keep dates and documents in mind and are an important interface between internal and external project participants. With your organizational talent and your communication strength, you contribute significantly to a smooth project sequence. Project coordination: Support of project management in planning, organisation and support of construction projects Procurement management: coordination and processing of procurement processes (materials, rental equipment, subcontractors) Commercial settlement: Commercial support including audit, pay-hour control and guarantee management Call for tenders and calculations: participation in tenders and calculations and maintenance of project and accounting documents Accounting and supplementary management: Support in accounting and supplementary management, including pre-measurement and target-actual comparisons Working environment: collaborative cooperation, intensive incorporation and modern equipment

Qualification: completed technical or commercial training, preferably in construction Practical experience: First practical experience in project management or project assistance Skills: Embossed Organizational and Communication Power, Structured Operation and Safe Application of MS Excel and Word Ready to use: independent and proactive action as well as a trustful handling of sensitive information
