Working area and challenge of this job:

Independent programming, setup and operation of 3‐ & 5‐Achs‐HSC milling machines

Planning, preparation and implementation of production orders in tool construction

Creation and optimization of CNC programs and adaptation of existing programs

Ensuring the required quality by means of suitable measuring instruments according to work and testing plans

Responsible handling of machines and equipment incl. Participation in maintenance and care

Active cooperation in process and quality improvements in the sense of the continuous improvement process (KVP)

Qualification and experience for this job:

Complete vocational training in the field of tool and mold construction, machining mechanism or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in CNC milling, ideally in tool making

Very good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming systems (5‐Achs‐Simultan)

Safe handling of technical drawings and CAD/CAM systems (e.g. SolidWorks / SolidCAM)

Structured, independent and quality-conscious operation
