Engineer E-Laboratory (m/f/d)

The tasks are diverse: research, development, investigation and testing of products and samples of substances are also part of these, such as operational measurements, advice, participation in standardization and regulation, as well as providing specialist information and expert knowledge. Your tasks: As an engineer/ingenieurin (m/w/d), you are responsible for the design and development of hardware and software for new measurement, evaluation and testing systems. You plan and manage electronics and software development projects and support further research projects from other departments. Your further tasks include: Organizing order processing and material procurement Advising other departments to determine the measurement uncertainty of test and measurement procedures Advising the Head of Unit in the Task Area Compilation of technical documentation for conformity assessments, service and operation

Complete university studies (Bachelor or Diplom-FH) of the Department of Electronics/Electronics, Mechatronics, Communication Technology or equivalent knowledge and experience Experiences in the hardware and software development of complex measurement and control units and the programming of microcontrollers Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. EMC and Low Voltage Directive) and the determination of measurement uncertainty Good understanding of physical relationships and laws Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Strong communication in word and writing as well as strong team and organizational ability
