Quotation and Order Management - Training Portfolio & Strategy (m/f/d)

The main tasks and objectives of the job are to ensure a central, structured and transparent supply and order management within customer training. The body ensures a current overview at any time of supply status, order inventory, project launches as well as capacity and hour developments and ensures a coordinated, comprehensible transfer of offers to the project organisation. You are responsible for the central coordination of all internal and external offer requests, as well as for ensuring a timely and quality-oriented delivery, including all offer documents. Furthermore, you act as an interface between customers, specialist departments and commercial areas as part of the provision. In addition, you ensure transparency about offer, order and capacity status and create regular reports for the department management. You can also organize the structured transition of offers to projects including a complete information transfer. In addition, temporarily coordinate projects or products without designated project managers and participate in corresponding kick-off appointments. You will also identify capacity bottlenecks and prioritization conflicts and prepare decision bases for the management. In addition, you collect and maintain all offer requests in a central tracking system, track appointments, technical contributions and releases and create offer and order overviews. You monitor supply and project pipelines as well as hourly and capacity status and support MIFRI and sales planning at department level.

You have a university degree or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring knowledge of English in word and writing (“GERS” C1 or higher). In addition, you have experience in project management as well as in offering creation in the training environment. You could also gain experience in adult education. Furthermore, you are familiar with military tasks. You have knowledge of the design, planning and organisation of military training. You work structured, independent and targeted. Your profile is rounded off by organizational strength and pronounced communication skills.
