District Manager Food Retailing Region Southern Bavaria (Rosenheim/Traunstein/Tegernsee) (m/f/d)

In the role as district manager (m/w/d) in the field service, you are responsible for the independent support and development of relations with our trading partners in food retail in the regional district in southern Bavaria . In addition, you take responsibility for the performance and further development of our Tchibo shelf systems as well as the analysis of the competitive environment in your district. You act as an interface and cooperate closely with the department leaders, market leaders, business owners and branchists in the sales district to ensure maximum exhaustion of potential. Sales and sales promotions at the Point of Sale are under your control. You also work closely with the local service agencies to effectively present Tchibo's unique brand presence. You will be supported by a dedicated team of sales colleagues in indoor and outdoor services. In addition, regular meetings and seminars are an integral part of ensuring that you are successful in the market.

You have a completed commercial training with a further education to/from the trade specialistin or a successfully completed economic studies . You have been able to earn several years of professional experience in the FMCG industry's external service or as a market/market division manager in the food retail trade. Your sovereign communication strength with a wide range of interlocutors and a sympathetic and professional appearance as a representative of the company characterizes you. Your knowledge of German in word and writing are reliable for this. You bring about a desire for success and an independent way of working and a safe handling of MS Office. Your place of residence is in the immediate vicinity of the designated area of use in southern Bavaria (+/-30 km) or you have an appropriate readiness to move.
