E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) Location: Troisdorf

As an e-commerce manager, you actively shape our omnichannel world. You connect the best of digital sales and stationary specialist retailers, create smooth processes and allow our customers an experience that thrills – across the channels, personally and modern. With your strategic thinking, your view of trends and your understanding of data, you will make our digital landscape forward-looking. At the same time, you will strengthen your team, create impulses and encourage innovation not only to be thought of, but to be truly lived.

You develop a group-wide omnichannel strategy and connect analog trade with digital touchpoints to a seamless overall experience – in close cooperation with ARS-Digital GmbH.

You lead your team with clarity, trust and appreciation, create space for growth and promote independent work.

You develop our digital sales channels, increase reach, conversion and customer satisfaction and raise our e-commerce landscape to the next level.

You make sure that customer experiences and content are consistent across all channels – together with marketing, IT and sales, you create a consistent customer journey.

You are responsible for the interconnection of online and offline processes, optimierst booking routes, interfaces and operational processes and ensure high data quality.

You analyze user behavior and performance, take concrete measures and present them convincingly to stakeholders.

You conduct digital projects from the first idea to rollout, work closely with internal teams and external partners and are regularly on site to actively accompany digital change.

You have a degree in business, digitalization or e-commerce – or a comparable qualification – and you want to bring your know-how into effect.

You bring multi-year experience in the digital environment – whether in e-commerce, omnichannel management or in the development of digital strategies.

You have already gained leadership experience or want to consciously go the next step.

You think strategically, work agilely and at the same time pragmatically, when it comes to it.

You work safely with CRM systems, web analysis tools, PIM or shop systems and use them data-based and targeted.

You ideally know the health care or have the willingness to work quickly into the peculiarities of this industry.
