Manual assembly: inserting, plugging and screwing of gear components (e.g. seals, gears or valves) after exact clock specifications on the conveyor belt.

Machine operation: installation of raw parts in partially automated systems or presses and subsequent removal of the processed components.

Quality control: performing visual and simple measurement checks on the modules to immediately sort out faulty parts.

Material provision: Ensure that sufficient screws, small parts and assemblies are always present at their own workplace (module 3), as well as the removal of empties.

Layer readiness: The readiness to work in the 2- or 3-layer system (break, late and, as a rule, also night layer) is absolutely necessary in automotive production.

Physical resilience: Since the work takes place almost exclusively on standing on the conveyor belt and sometimes heavier components have to be lifted, a good basic condition is assumed.

Handicraft skill and fingering: A calm hand and a certain technical basic understanding are important for the exact use of seals, small screws or plug connections.

High quality awareness and reliability: An automatic transmission is a highly complex component. It is therefore necessary to work strictly on standard worksheets (SAB). Accuracy and punctuality are absolute duty.

Sufficient German skills: In order to be able to understand and implement work instructions, quality specifications and, above all, safety regulations, a language level of at least C1 is usually expected.

Pre-experience (often a plus, but not a must): First experiences in industrial production or assembly are a great advantage.
