Company profile For our customers based in Waiblingen, we are looking for a dedicated specialist (m/w/d) for accounting with a focus on debitors at the next possible time.

Our customer is active in the public service and offers a stable, future-oriented work environment with diverse development possibilities.

Tasks

Self-responsible processing of debitor accounting

• Accounting and Monitoring of Accounts -Mahnning and clarification of open items
• Accounting and maintenance of debitor accounts -Communication with internal departments and customers in relation to payment matters
• Support for monthly and annual accounts

Requirements profile

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on finance/invoicing

• Professional experience in debitor accounting, preferably in an IT company
• Safe handling of common accounting software (e.g. DATEV) -Good knowledge in handling MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured and reliable operation -Teamability and communication strength
