We are now looking for a logistics management (m/w/d) for our area in the Rhineland. Staff management: Responsibility for the management and development of employees in the area of responsibility according to Hermes' management principles. Operational management of the sites: independent organization and operational management of the sites and entrepreneurs within the cluster. Standardization and Control of Requirements: Ensure that all defined standards and central requirements are strictly adhered to in terms of processes, compliance, safety, quality and costs. Performance monitoring: monitoring and alignment of the operational procedures at the relevant key figures and targets. Entrepreneurship structure: building, care and continuous development of the entrepreneurial structure to optimize cooperation and efficiency. Cooperation with the Works Council: Active and constructive cooperation with the relevant Works Council to promote a positive working environment. Compliance with holder, operator and employer obligations: Responsibility for the fulfillment of the holder, operator and employer obligations, for example, in the context of transport activities (in particular fleet and driving staff), occupational and occupational safety (e.g. work protection committee meeting) and the implementation of all relevant measures in the field of occupational and health protection or ensuring the correct implementation and compliance of the hazardous goods regulations within the cluster.
