A dedicated pedagogical specialist for the use in the crib group is being sought for a daycare centre in Bad Homburg's Ober-Eschbach district.

The institution has over 70 children, including 25 children from 1 to 3 years old in the crib and 45 children from 3 to 6 years old in the kindergarten area. The educational work is inclusively oriented and is based on a semi-open concept.

Most of the children grow in multilingual and culturally diverse families. Accordingly, the institution is characterized by an appreciation, open and empathic working environment in which intercultural competence plays an important role and is actively lived.

Your tasks:

• Care, promotion and accompaniment of crib children aged 1 to 3 years in everyday life
• Implementation of inclusive and semi-open pedagogy and design of development-promoting offers
• Cooperation with parents from multilingual and multicultural families
• Documentation of child development steps and close coordination in the team

Your profile:

• (m/w/d), Kinderpflegerin (m/w/d) or Sozialpädagogische Assistant (m/w/d) -- alternatively a comparable educational qualification
• Ideally experience in crib work or in the U3 area
• Intercultural openness
• Joy in working with small children
