Senior Physician (m/w/d) Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics

Around 2,000 employees in about 80 professions are employed in the clinic society. It consists of the Klinikum Heidenheim, the Medical Care Centre and the Servizio Heidenheim GmbH. Awarded as an academic teaching hospital at the University of Ulm with 15 specialist clinics, 2 institutes, 10 organ and treatment centres as well as 6 MVZ departments, the Klinik-Gesellschaft secures the outpatient and stationary health care. It is one of the largest employers and service companies in the region of Ostwuerttemberg.

Our clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics includes three stations, a daily clinic and a psychiatric institute clinic. Since 2017, the clinic has been working as a cross-sectoral model project according to § 64b SGB V, enabling flexible treatment settings – in addition to the (partial)stationary work, the offer of home treatment. It thus provides the stationary, semi-stationary, home-try and outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and psychosomatic care for the Heidenheim county.

To strengthen our team and further develop our search station in the clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics, we are looking for you at the next possible time. Our place must be occupied in full or part-time (min. 80%).

What you expect

• Versatile psychiatric/psychotherapeutic activities in flexible treatment settings, also at the acute stations (supervising work, partially and fully-stationary home treatment)
• Design of disorder-specific, integrative treatment offerings, e.g. DBT, IPT and memory response
• Income by review
• Support to complete the M3 certificate
• Scientific work in cooperation with the psychiatric clinics of the University of Ulm
• cooperation in international projects possible
• Interdisciplinary activity (psychooncology, old age medicine, etc.) and temporary representation of other obercive areas
• Participation of psychiatrists and relatives and close cooperation with the outpatient services
• Supervision of doctors in training and psychologists in training and guidance of PJ students
• Participation in the background service

What you bring

• Consultant (m/w/d)
• As an alternative: Acquisition of professional qualifications
• German Approbation
• Knowledge of basic medical care
• Ideally: further education in psychotraumatology and migration-specific psychiatry or interest in this further education
• Advanced foreign language skills are advantageous
• Knowledge of ICT treatment is essential
• Joy in the participation in the teaching and supervision of doctors in further education
• Interest in the active development of our Konsil and Liaison Service
• Empathy, team spirit and good communication skills
