Our client is an experienced general contractor for broadband expansion and digital infrastructures headquartered in Zeulenroda-Triebes (Thüringen). Discipline and professional leadership of the construction leaders and the entire construction site team Strategic personnel and resource planning for personnel, equipment and materials Coordination of all interfaces between building management, subcontractors, planning and internal specialist departments Coaching and promotion of employees to optimize digital work processes Total responsible management of the projects from preparation to acceptance, including guaranteeing quality, costs and appointments according to QHSE Economic project management with continuous cost control and proactive risk management Active follow-up management including negotiations with contractors and contractors as well as acquisitions of contract extensions Ensuring a regular construction design according to planning, performance description, construction permit and recognised rules of technology Implementation of security checks, site visits, quality monitoring of post-contractors services, defect management and complete documentation on digital tools Maintenance of customer relationships, technical advice on site and responsible follow-up of completed projects

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or state-tested technicians with corresponding further training Insufficient, profound experience as construction or project management, ideally with leadership experience Funded knowledge of building contract law (VOB/B, BGB) Safe handling of constructional software (e.g. iTWO) and MS Office Knowledge of SAP of advantage driving licence class B Flowing German knowledge at least on C1 level

The annual salary for this item is about €60,000 to €73,000 gross p.a. (on a full-time basis). .
