For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) in full time, also for direct staff placement.

Your tasks:

• Machine operation: Control and conditioning of machines for manufacturing components.
• Monitoring of production processes: control of production processes, detection of disturbances and countermeasures.
• Preparation of machines: performing set-up and setting work to ensure smooth production.
• Quality assurance: control and documentation of production data to ensure product quality.

They bring with them:

• Technical understanding: First experience in machine operation or completed training in a technical profession, e.g. as a machine and plant leader, industrial mechatronic, plant mechanic, machining mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable – a completed training is not absolutely necessary.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in the fully continuous layer system (3-shift operation).
• Experience with production plants: Ideally knowledge in the handling of computer-controlled machines and plants.
• Team skills: enjoying work in the team and working with various departments.
• Care: sense of responsibility and a high demand for one's own work.
