Product Safety & Compliance: Support in ensuring the legal and customer-specific requirements for our products. Coordination and monitoring of product tests, audits and certifications. Creation and maintenance of risk analyses, safety and conformity documents. Implementation of corresponding product markings Certificate management & audit tracking: care, updating and monitoring of relevant certificates (e.g. BSCI, EUDR). Support for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of audits and training. Structured documentation of all audit results and measures Quality management & documentation: management and archiving of all relevant test reports, certificates and references. Transparent documentation and tracking of quality and compliance issues Overarching cooperation: support for coordination with suppliers and internal cutting points. Maintenance of customer systems

Qualification: completed commercial training or studies, ideal for quality management / product safety; (m/w/d) with high affinity for quality and safety issues Competence: Working style & Mindset: Structured, self-organized and solution-oriented mode of work; analytical thinking and ability to implement complex requirements in practice; proactive, responsive and reliable work in the project everyday Personality & Soft Skills: team-oriented, communication-strong and resilient; joy of interdisciplinary cooperation; quality awareness and initiative; Interest in further development and process optimization Secure handling of ERP systems, MS Office and portal tools Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and knowledge of English (B1)
