Participation in the coordination and design of the Marketing & Sales department of HUK24 in close coordination with the Management Board Total responsibility for Cross Selling & Customer Liability incl. Marketing Automation, personalization of customer journeys and recovery management Leadership and development of the HUK24 team Cross Selling & customer retention Responsibility of cross-selling targets, KPIs and earnings control over all relevant (online) channels (data-driven) development and implementation of yield-oriented CRM measures, including in the customer sector, to exploit customer potential Analysis and efficient use of market, customer and performance data for personalization and continuous optimization Responsibility for the quality and correctness of the work results and for the realization of the HUK24 target image from CRM view
