Engineer / Architect (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Stuttgart

Various projects: planning and monitoring of demanding high and engineering projects across all HOAI performance phases. Project management: Takeover of sub- or specialist project management and coordination of planning in exciting major projects Technical expertise: Examination and evaluation of technical challenges in the planning and execution of construction projects and the development of creative solutions. Contractor representation: Ensuring appointment, cost and quality control in cooperation with external service providers. Technical advice: Support for other specialist areas through technical consulting. Legal certainty: guidance of construction law correspondence taking into account the VOB and other relevant regulations.

Complete studies (Master/Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. Founded professional experience in the planning and implementation of new and refurbishment projects in construction and engineering, ideally in the supply industry. Comprehensive knowledge in building law (VOB). Experience in the timing and financial management of construction projects. Embossed communication and team skills as well as negotiation skills. Safe handling of CAD and AVA programs. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
