After focusing, you take responsibility as part of the team for the commercial management of your objects. Their tasks range from the billing of additional costs, the management of maintenance, insurance and rental contracts to the maintenance of the real estate management system incl. Transfer of new units to the stock. You are contact persons for our tenants and external partners such as banks, insurance companies and authorities. You can also get involved in digitalization topics as well as optimizing processes and reporting. You work closely with the accounting team and the annual financial statements team and agree closely with the technical property management and rental. In your function, you will report inventory properties to the Head of Department. Your ability to connect binding communication with a careful approach is crucial for your success.
