Location: Office waxenburg bei Arnstadt

In this responsible position, you take over the operational and personnel management of our warehouse and ensure the smooth running of all logistic processes: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 15 employees Control and monitoring of all storage processes (stock receipt, storage, picking, goods exit) Ensuring timely material delivery for production and shipping Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards (especially in the food environment, such as HACCP) Staff deployment and shift planning as well as holiday coordination Introduction, guidance and continuous further development of employees Implementation of employee talks and active promotion of a positive working climate Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team Conflict management and motivation of employees Control of work performance and compliance with work instructions Operational day-to-day business support as needed Implementation of inventory controls and inventory Analysis and optimization of storage processes in the sense of the continuous improvement process (KVP) Reporting relevant key figures to the SCM line Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as production, purchasing and logistics

Complete training in the field of logistics, warehouse management or a comparable qualification Further training for the logistics master, specialist or comparable Multiannual professional experience in storage, ideal in the food industry Forced first leadership experience Safe handling of warehouse management and ERP systems Good knowledge of relevant legal regulations (safety, hygiene) Additional knowledge Experience with HACCP standards and food hygiene regulations Knowledge of Lean Management and Process Optimization Safe handling of storage-relevant KPIs Experience in controlling layer systems Basic knowledge of occupational safety and hazardous materials management Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Personal strengths Impressed leadership and enforcement Communication strength and team orientation Organisational skills and structured working High responsibility and reliability Flexibility in the operating environment Proactive, solution-oriented thinking
