Completed studies in BWL, Finance, Economics or comparable Relevant professional experience in Transaction Advisory, FDD, Audit, Corporate Finance or IB You know what a normalized EBITDA is, Net Debt and Working Capital can explain and have virtual data spaces seen from the inside Excellent analytical strength and high quality standards Clear, precise communication and professional appearance Very safe handling with Excel; Experiences with BI tools and programming languages like Python are a plus Current German and English
