The Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a talented Chef de Partie who is assigned to the Executive Chef. In this position you are co-responsible for the management of the kitchen team and represent the chef in his absence. Your daily tasks include: You take care of the preparation of food and coordinate the cooks of your brigade; You keep the highest cleaning standards in the kitchen and coordinate cleaning after service; You advise professional and ethical handling with all colleagues, suppliers and guests; You get the internatives within your team and ensure collaboration with all other departments and colleagues; You comply with all HACCP regulations; You control and care for the correct use and maintenance of equipment and materials.

You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in this position You can work under pressure and in the team; You understand yourself as a service provider and bring a high customer orientation as well as great quality awareness with You are passionate about modern, innovative cuisine as well as high-quality foods, are happy to work with fresh products and to develop creative ideas and concepts You have good communication skills in Italian and English You love to travel and experience a new culture like a local.
