Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (G2026-03/B5) What tasks do you expect? Total operational responsibility for our personnel production – from the tendering, applicant communication and coordination to contract creation Planning and organisation of our welcome events and our onboarding trainings Active cooperation in human resources development through professional preparation and follow-up of our training events and our talent management program “GROW” Working with the design of our personal projects Creation of modern and professional communication contributions, e.g. for social media, career side, PE events etc. Supporting our managers and employees in technical support in our Helix personnel management system as well as creating various evaluations Development of manuals and guides for our executives to applications in our personal management system Advising executives in the technical and legal production of work certificates Review of personal development and personnel collection accounts and regular coordination of accounts This distinguishes you: you bring a completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in the area of staff, with You have well-founded practical experience in the field of personnel, including recruiting and personnel development You are very safe in handling MS Office applications and personal management tools Loyality, discretion, reliability and flexibility are of course for you Your properties include communication strength, initiative and a high level of readiness to learn Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least language level C1) complete your profile Good reasons to speak for us: This is what we offer you ... you expect a variety of and varied tasks – not only marketing, but reality – you will be happy to convince yourself on kunu Numbers in sight.
