You take over the operational supervision of the plants in and around Munich and are contact persons for the manufacturing masters, foreworkers and your employees who are responsible for you. Your tasks are diverse: the extraction of production and logistics staff via targeted marketing measures, you conduct interviews, perform suitability tests, and submit professionally qualified applicants directly to customer requirements You perform the operational tasks, login to Startup Training, ordering work IDs, security instructions and creating contracts - keep You always have a cool head, even if it becomes stressful once Finally, you are responsible for onboarding and offboarding. The onboarding takes place in a two-layer production operation at customary layer times.

You are communicative, flexible, result-oriented and team-capable You like to work with people and have a strong negotiating skills. You are mobile and have good computer skills for the acquisition you need very good German knowledge, English and other foreign language skills are of great advantage
