System Manager - SAP / HCM / Projects (m/f/d)

We are one of the most important airports in Germany, both in passenger and freight.

In 2022, around 8.8 million passengers use the airport. Each year more than 120 targets are being met in Europe and beyond.

At the same time, the airport is the logistic heart of North Rhine-Westphalia. In 2022, around 971,000 tons of air cargo were handled. The three major express service providers UPS, FedEx and DHL operate a hub only across Germany in CGN.

The airport is an important economic factor and one of the largest workplaces in the region. Around 15,000 people are employed at 130 companies and authorities, more than 1,700 of them directly at the airport company.

The airport is located in the south of the million city of Cologne in the immediate vicinity of Bonn, the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis and the Rheinisch-Bergische Kreis. Around 100 kilometres live and work around 16 million people. It is located in the heart of one of Europe's largest import and export regions.

You support, develop and operate the HCM-Suite SAP SuccessFactors and run corresponding projects You analyze and understand the requirements of the departments, advise on their feasibility and support implementation projects You do not have a barbarity before the care of professional users: inside and move safely in system development You edit as a system manager:in interference messages as part of the 2nd level support You perform customizing with appropriate quality assurance and documentation and adapt interfaces to the adjacent systems You are happy to work with internal departments and coordinate external support partners:inside

You bring a completed bachelor's degree programme, ideally focusing on computer science or business informatics, as well as several years of professional experience in the care or advice of SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems with You provide at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the field You have knowledge of HCM Suite SAP SuccessFactors, in particular the modules Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting, as well as other modules You have knowledge of the SAP HCM ERP system, in particular in interaction with the HCM Suite SAP SuccessFactors, as well as knowledge of processes and roles in human resources management You have a thorough training, possibly with appropriate certificates in SAP SuccessFactors technologies and processes You are characterized by strong communication skills, flexibility, high operational readiness and the willingness to work independently and make decisions, You have very good German and English skills
