True to the motto ''We sense the battlefield''', we develop state-of-the-art visual systems at the Bremen site in order to understand the situation and thus increase the security of our armed forces To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality in project management that takes responsibility for technically demanding projects for camera systems and leads them to a successful conclusion. In this role you manage projects holistically and work closely with interdisciplinary teams as well as international customers. Your duties Independently responsible planning, control and implementation of projects of small to medium size while maintaining cost, timing and quality objectives Ensuring all actions for successful project execution in line with corporate objectives Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of all project participants Control of suppliers and negotiations with customers, partners and service providers Ensuring professional contract, risk and claim management Monitoring of project progress incl. Reporting and active design of internal and external communication

Complete technical university studies (e.g. economic engineering, economics, etc.) Multiannual experience in project management and the management of project teams Ideally experience with common project management and controlling tools English, other foreign languages (e.g. Spanish or French) of advantage Impressed communication and negotiation strength, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and independent way of working Willingness to travel worldwide
