Location: Solingen Position(s): 3 - Layer, Full-time

Purpose and objective We are looking for an experienced and committed baker (m/w/d) for our well-known customers.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Preparation of doughs according to prescribed formulations
• preparation, installation and operation of mixing and kneading plants
• Implementation, control and monitoring of baking processes
• Operation and monitoring of modern ovens and production plants
• Control of product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations in food production
• Documentation of relevant production and quality data
• Support for general production and furnace work

Technical requirements (m/w/d), confectioner (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification

• Alternative professional experience in food production, ideally in the production of baked goods
• Knowledge of product safety, food safety and quality standards
• Careful, hygiene-conscious and quality-oriented operation
• organisational skills, loadability and team skills
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• willingness to work in shiftwork, if necessary
