Financial Accountant - Payroll Accounting / Digitization (m/f/d)

You independently process the financial accounting for a fixed client base, from the confirmation to the preparation of the monthly and annual accounts. You carry out monthly wage and salary bills and act as competent contact persons for social insurance and tax issues. You actively participate in the digitization of our accounting processes by analyzing existing processes and accompanying the introduction of new tools. You support our clients in the transition to digital accounting systems and act as a central interface for technical and technical questions. You prepare regular evaluations and reporting to prepare the financial development transparently and to derive recommendations for action.

You bring well-founded experience in wage and financial accounting and have ideally accompanied first digitization projects. Your work is analytical and structured, keeping an overview of complex issues. You work independently, are open to new technologies and want to develop continuously. It motivates you to actively shape and optimize the financial future of customers. For the communication in the team and with clients, you will bring knowledge of German in a reliable manner.
