Management of internal IT infrastructure Project work in the IT sector Development of IT solutions (hardware/software) for urban information technology Technical support for specialist applications Configuration, monitoring and updating of the used specialist procedures and all associated components and modules technical support of the applied specialist applications Ensuring functionality including patch and update management of the products used Configuration, management and monitoring of communication with other authorities and bodies within the framework of specialist procedures to be supervised Analysis, planning and optimization of IT-supported work processes Configuration and management of additional soft and hardware components (e.g. detection devices or call terminals, mobile devices) Analysis, planning and implementation of IT projects Migrations Adaptation management and monitoring of system changes Documentation of IT work processes and system configurations

Support for users Incident processing including analysis and solution processing Planning the optimization of the software solutions used in coordination with the areas of use

a completed vocational training as a specialist informant*in (d/m/w) system integration or a comparable training in the IT field; or a completed study (FH) of computer science or a comparable study or Alternatively, you have a relevant comparable professional qualification and use In the case of foreign university degrees or professional qualifications, the certificate assessment of the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) is required.

We expect: good expertise in Microsoft server and client infrastructure Experience in dealing with directory and organizational structures such as Microsoft Active Directory Knowledge in the handling and administration of databases Knowledge and experience in support of IT solutions, in IT project management Organizational skills and empathy are advantageous independent and self-responsible action combined with team capability and loadability high service and customer orientation friendly and competent appearance
