As an expert for Maritime Training (m/w/d), you actively train crews of maritime training environments and training equipment from our national and international customers. You ensure that people can safely and effectively operate complex maritime training systems - from ship management to tactical procedures to ship operations in the overwater and underwater areas. You analyze training needs, develop modern training concepts and carry out trainings, workshops and consultations. You will accompany the entire training process - from the first idea to the successful implementation. In your role, you work closely with customers, product managers, project teams and technical specialists. Together, you develop practical training and simulation solutions that are geared to the real requirements of maritime use. Your tasks: Analysis of training and qualification requirements and development of tailor-made training strategies for national and international customer projects Conception and continuous optimization of modern training and learning formats (digital and on site) Implementation of workshops, training and advice for customers Support for customer delegations Creation, preparation of training documents and support in the development of digital learning content Selection and control of internal and external trainers and training partners Participation in offerings, product developments and international training standards as well as active observation of new technologies and learning trends

A completed training comparable to a master, technician or Bachelor degree Experiences with training equipment, training concepts and the preparation of training/training plans and training documents Practical knowledge of maritime training Good English knowledge of word and writing Very good consulting and method skills as well as presentation and moderation strength Educational sense and the ability to easily, practicefully and patiently communicate complex content.
