Support and advice of managers in the responsible service centre Support and guidance of the recruiting process Creation and advice of executives on complaints, dismissals and terminations Control and processing of other personnel tasks (annual calls, WUVL, ATZ, BAV, BEM, coordination of personnel requirements) Structural cooperation with the works council Expert (e.g. labour law, training, contract management ZENDA, etc.) Responsible for the handling of individual personal measures Creation and analysis of evaluations for the care area Own-sponsored takeover of projects / subtasks

Completed study or comparable to corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in personal care Knowledge of labour law and experience in dealing with works councils Good knowledge of personal systems and Microsoft applications desirable (e.g. Interflex, SAP Success Factors, Outlook, Excel, Word) Embossed team and communication skills High consulting competence and conflictability High analytical capacity and solution-oriented thinking Self-employed, structured and proactive methods High level of autonomy and self-initiative High level of organisational capacity and durability
