Planning, control and monitoring of our transport orders Disposition of our trucks and drivers in national and international traffic Communication and coordination with our German and Polish-speaking motorists Contact person for drivers during daily transportation Coordination of pick-up and delivery dates Monitoring of tours, transit times and delivery dates Fast and solution-oriented reaction to deviations in the transport process Communication with customers, partners and internal departments Optimization of vehicle load and avoid unnecessary emptying Support in the economic control of our fleet Control and maintenance of relevant transport and order data

Very good Polish knowledge Good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in truck disposition, forwarding or transport logistics Training as a merchant / as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services is advantageous, but no compelling requirement Good geographic knowledge Safe handling of PCs and common office applications Organizational and structured working Communication strength and enforcement capacity A solution-oriented approach to short-term changes Joy in cooperation with motorists and colleagues Responsibility and team spirit
