As a process & project manager*in IT (w/m/d), you control the business projects, accept requirements and run the project. The analysis of the existing IT system landscape and processes as well as their optimization and efficient redesign in cooperation with the Global Officers and IT is one of your tasks. Their focus is on implementing low-code/no-code solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), apps, SharePoints and Process Mining. They coordinate international developers who implement the required requirements to ensure efficient implementation of new processes and process changes. The design and implementation of artificial intelligence-controlled applications using low-code/no-code platforms is your responsibility. They advise and work intensively with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, executives and IT departments as well as international developers.

Completed university degree with the discipline of Business Informatics, BWL or comparable Experiences in process management as well as project management including technical understanding of working with and implementing low-code/no-code solutions such as RPA, apps and SharePoints, process mining and artificial intelligence Experience in carrying out data analysis, management of business requirements, analysis of business processes, creation of business cases and implementation schedules Experiences with SAP Signavio are desirable For exchange with international stakeholders, very good German as well as English knowledge in word and writing
